Searching in outlook

is there anyway to search for all messages from a particular domain in
outlook 2003?

I try doing something like from:mad:gmail.com but that doesn't really search
for @gmail.com...it searches for anything with the word gmail in it in the
subject. This causes a problem when searching for partial domains or small
domain names that could be part of another receipients name (for
example...trying to search for @ml.com will return all kidns of things you
don't want). It also doesn't seem to match the @ symbol...is there a
solution for this? Is there an escape character I should be using before the
@ and the "."?

Use Advanced Find; CTRL+SHIFT+F
Here you can specify in which field Outlook should look for the search
string.

That search works slightly better for this case...however it does not use the
inde from windows search so it's VERY slow...is there anyway to do this
search accurately with the windows search index?
