Searching in address bar

Kay

Some default was chosen in that when i try to search from
the address bar it uses a different search engine. How
can I change it back to searching with msn.com?
 
so if i scan with something like ad-aware will this
remove the cookie or whatever?

Hi,
Yes Ad-Aware can scan for Cookies, but it will only show
what they call "Tracking Cookies" .......

ad-aware found the offending files. and deleted them.
though in my process to solve my problems installed
google toolbar and now trying to remove it. thank you
very much for your help.
