Searching from address bar

previously I've been abel to type in words into the
address bar (with the http://www) just seperate words, and
it passes me to the microsoft (MSN) search page. Now it
doesn't work, it simply takes me to a web site for
perfnav.com. How can i get back the MSN search feature

Pablo,
Spybot S&D from http://spybot.safer-networking.de/ should be able to remove
perfectnav.
