searchdotnet hijacking hompage.

i have tried all that i can think of to get rid of this
stupid page that hijacked my homepage... i am not able to
locate where it is getting the command to use this as
defualt homepage... can anyone help me...
yes i have tried spyware to fix homepage hijackers.. even
that does not work.
