e-mail and hompage problems

I have two problems first of all I can't rid of my current hompage which is set at. Secondly, I can't access to my e-mail account which is hotmail. Every time I try and access it, it leads me back to my homepage. I've tried to reset my hompage and tried to delate the current hompage but haven't had any luck. Also even tried the route to use <blank use > and ok, and apply but doesn't work.
Can anybody help me.
Thanks
Joey

You have "Cool Web Search" Spyware
variant: 'CWS.aboutblank'
Info:

tblank

Download and run CWShredder - Cool Web Shredder:

Close all Browser windows and running applications, unzip
the tool, click
on the executable and follow the prompts.

Sounds like some type of hijacker, malware, garbageware,
etc.

If you have Sypbot and/or Adaware, run them. They should
pick up your garbageware and get rid of it. If not, get
both programs and run them.

Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org
Ad-aware - www.lavasoftusa.com

You didn't say if you checked your Anti-Virus program. I
am assuming you have one running and it did not pick up
any malicious files.

Also try Highjack This

These forums will read your Hijack Log, tell you what to
delete and how to do it.
