SearchAssistant keeps returning

MSAS keeps finding and deleting SearchAssistant, but it
comes back almost immediately. Any suggestions on how to
eliminate it permanently? Thanks!

please reboot into safe mode
logged in as administrator and run a full antivirus and
spyware scan with the latest signatures to see if that
helps.
