I am doing a research and need to compare some specific point of views of
the 2 religions
on some social issues.

Is there any searchable electronic Kuran and Bible available.

Its ok to have them as seperate free downloads.

There are several available online.

But I don't think these books are useful to research their (current) point
of view on social issues; these books are hundreds to thousands of years
old and only show where those religions come from, not where they are now.

Both religions also have a lot of internal variation (from very liberal to
fanatic nutcases and everything in between).

I should point out that there was a report that this software
may have malware. I personally have installed it, and
nothing was reported, and I have a solid defence system
installed.

Alternatively, you can download the zip file from
