search windows

i am sure it is very simple but how do i clear past
searches from the drop down windows when searching on the
net?
 
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options and then Clear History.
 
make the search window blank, then left click once in it,
scroll through the search words you dont want (dont click
on it) to highlight, then hit yer delete button
