Under Search Results on WinXP Pro SP2, some items do not show these
attributes: sizes; time; and date modified. How would I get ALL of
these attributes to show for all entries?

These are called Details.

To change the details displayed, on the View menu, click Choose Details. In
the Choose Details dialog box, click to select or clear the items you want
to view.

To change the order of the columns, in the Choose Details dialog box, click
Move Up or Move Down.

You can also left click and drag columns to any order you want.

You can also right click the column header and select and unselect Details.

You can also right click the column header, scroll down and select More...

Attributes are information that indicates whether a file is read-only,
hidden, ready for archiving (backing up), compressed, or encrypted, and
whether the file contents should be indexed for fast file searching.
