Search Report

I need access to pop open a box that will ask me to put in the date of birth
I would like it to search by as soon as I double click on the report name.
 
Then put that as the criteria in the query upon which your report is based.

Change the BirthDate field criteria to...

=[Enter Birthdate to include on report]
