How do I specify uniquely a search for foo.jpg so that I will not be given
Afoo.jpg, or zzzfoo.jpg, etc as well?

TIA

This depends on the search engine you have as your default - they all have
different details on how they work - but the first thing I'd try is to put
it in quotation marks.
