search problem

when i use my search button to access my files and such i always get an error
message and says windows explorer needs to shut down,im sure i have a virus
or soem malicious applications but none ever come up when using my antivirus
program it only states theres a temprary internet file it doesnt like so i
deletd all my temprary files but it still comes
back,spybot.ad-aware,avg,windows defender none of them can remove it,the
worst part is im very computer illiterate

back. Sspybot, ad-aware, avg, windows defender. None of them can remove it. The
worst part is I'm very computer illiterate.

Set your a/v software (AVG) to do a boot scan. Hopefully it has such an
option..
