for searching purpose I find that it is faster and surer to find it with find in edit menu if I put everything in one document. But sometimes it is very big as file. Is it too demanding in ressources?. Is it possible to see a ressources meter somewhere all the time on desktop . I do not understand the difference between the search a file when you use the option of a word in the file and the find within word or other program in office. That is the reason I try to put everything in the same file.
