Search options

I want to make the find/search button pop up in a seperate
window automatically, when I open up my document. I made
a database of clients and I want to be able to do a search
on their name. I know that find is on most people's
toolbars, but I want it to be a little more obvious. Or I
was thinking of having a seperate sheet with just a search
function that would return the row with all the person's
information in it. I'm very new at this.

I don't think I'd try to reinvent the wheel. Maybe just hitting ctrl-F to pop
up that Find Dialog.

But if you want a macro approach, you could use Jan Karel Pieterse's FlexFind:

You'll have an extra toolbar and when you run it, you'll have lots of options.
