Search in Vista RC2

Anyone else get this in RC2?

If I click Start|Search or press F3 whilst there are *no* Explorer windows
open and I get this error dialog:

search-ms:
This file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the Set
Associations control panel.

However, if *any* Explorer window is already open (e.g. if I've got a
Control Panel window open or the Computer window is open) then, when I
click Start|Search or press F3, the 'Search Results' search window opens
as it should.

Naturally there is no Set Associations control panel and the associations
tools doesn't actually list search-ms.

I've had a look at the registry and the default value of this key...
HKCR\search-ms\shell\open\command
....is consulted by the system to find the program to run in response to
Start|Search or F3 when there is no Explorer window open. (It's ignored if
another Explorer window is already open). If I set the default value to
something like "explorer.exe" then Explorer is indeed run (if no Explorer
window is already open). However, it's not the 'Search Results' window
that it should be.

Does anybody else get this error? If you do not get the error and you're
running RC2 I'd be really grateful if could post a .REG file
containing the following keys:
HKCR\.search-ms
HKCR\SearchFolder
HKCR\search-ms

Or if you know the correct command line incantation to open Explorer at
the 'Search Results' window that would be really helpful.
