Search in IE6

I have a user that when she clicks on IE 6 Seach button
nothing comes up in the left hand pane where the normal
Search information is. I don't even get any options to
change search behaviors, input a search, search button
etc., Any ideas how to reset this?

I am running XP Pro, IE 6 SP1
