When trying to Find Messages (Find Toolbar) in Additional Mailboxes after
Updating to SP1 for Outlook 2003 the "Search In" Drop Down Menu is Greyed Out.

This feature was working in aditional mailboxes before the update to SP1 and
does work from the current logged in profile mailbox. I have tested it and
once removing SP1 the feature is available again. This feature is usefully
for our PA's as they often have 4 Additional Mailboxes to comb for archived
messages.

We are running XP Pro with SP1 & SP2 with the same problem on Windows 2000.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion Noel.

Have tried Lookout and it is fine for people with IT knowledge but the
Assistants had trouble with using it. You know the old saying about old dogs.

I was hoping it was a registry fix or something that someone has seen before
seeing as it was working before the update to SP1.

Sorry I cannot remember if it was working here before the update or not, and
on all the machines I have tried here then while the option isn't greyed we
get an error dialogue when we try, this I find is consistent with Find when
you include other stores in the Search criteria.
