search from address bar

[T Ban]

Since upgrading to 6.0 (on Win 98), it has taken over my address bar. I used
to be able to type my page, such as "cnn", and then hit Ctrl-enter to have
it take me right there. Now, it takes me to a search resluts window every
time.

I've gone into Internet Options, and the Advanced tab, and selected "Do not
search from the address bar", and closed and reopened my browser, but it
won't correct it.

How do I turn off the search feature???????
