Search folders - criteria: CategoryA AND CategoryB

I would like to configure my search folders so I can choose a couple of
categories which ALL have to be assigned to the objects to be displayed.
So far, I have only found ways for configuartion where items are displayed,
whenever ANY of the selected categories is met.
 
Did you try typing CategoryA AND CategoryB into the Categories box in the
criteria dialog?
