search folders: find items that meet 2 Categories

I would like to set up search folders that only display items which are
assigned to ALL of the categories I specify. So far, I can only make items
appear that meet ANY of the selected categories.

(purpose of this: go away from using hierarchical folders & only use
categories to manage mail)
 
On the More Choices tab of the Search Folder Criteria dialog, under
Categories, enter "Cat1 and Cat2" (without the quotation marks).
