search folder for at least 1 month old sent mail

I want a search folder that holds mail I sent more than a month ago. I would
like to sort this folder according to who the mail was addressed to, so just
using the "Sent Mail" folder is not enough.
Any ideas?
 
Do you need help creating one or is this a feature suggestion?

Use the Advanced tab on the filter and choose Sent field from the menu,
select on or before and enter 30 days ago. Select only the sent folder as
the folders to search.
