Search folder display question please

Outlook 2003

I have a search folder for Unread Mail. On the right where it lists each
unread message in addition to columns for From, Subject, Received, ect.
there was a column that told me which folder that unread email was in, it is
not there any longer. I don't see an option to put it back but I know it
must be there somewhere. Can someone help please?

click on the row of field names and choose Custom from the flyout menu. Then
Reset.
