Search Facilities in Outlook2003

Is there any possible way of carrying out a search of emails within Outlook
2003 for attachment filename? I get hundreds of emails a month which
contain files as (unzipped) attachments and I would find it really useful
if i could search for a file via its filename.

You can use LookOut for this; a free search add-in for Outlook from
Microsoft.
