search error

Mike I went to your site and downloaded HiJack this and
opened Host files (if I did that right) I downloaded
Hijack this to IE. It told me what files to look for and
I had none with that url. What do you mean by posting my
log file to forum? Sorry in an area where I know zip.
Trying to do this without a call to Microsoft but so far
not making any headway. You are being so helpful just not
sure exactly what to do. I have internet explorer and cn
do favorites and everything only problem is with searching
web.

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic", copy and paste hijackthis.log into your new message.
