search engines

a search engine some how made its way to being
my "default" home page, and I have been unable to get MSN
back. What should I do?

I have followed instructions on changing the default, but
this has not worked.

Any answers or suggetions?

First run a virus scan.

Second, download, install and run the following:
Ad Aware: www.lavasoftusa.com

Check the following site, click the "H" at the top of the page and scroll to
"Home Page Hijacking." Note, you may have to maximize the window in order
to see the alphabet at the top of the page:
