I am trying to add search engine into my power point project for veiwer
interface. I want one to search my project via keyword. I want another one to
be able search to net via keyword or phrase. I am not sure how to do this

For the latter, you could create a hyperlink in your PPT that links to google or
your preferred search engine.

PowerPoint doesn't have any support for searching within a presentation, at
least not from slide show view; to add this would probably take a good bit of
VBA coding. Are you familiar enough with VB/VBA to want to tackle something
like this? People here will help if so.
