search engine keeps redirecting me to another search engine

Does anyone know why this keeping happening? If I click on a result to take
me to that website, I get redirected to another search engine and it is very
irritating. How do I keep this from happening? Any help would be great!

Sounds like you have a rogue BHO/adware on your machine

Download & install Spybot

http://www.spybot.info

Run a scan & see if Spybot picks it up

If you use the advanced mode you can manually delete BHO's under the TOOLS
tab (advanced mode only)

Try downloading and running SuperAntispyware from here
http://www.superantispyware.com
(the free HOME edition is sufficient for your needs)

Also If you are running Internet Explorer 7, try running it with add-ons
disabled.
Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No
Add-Ons)

Try reproducing the problem again. If it doesn't appear again, one of your
add-ons are causing the problem.

To disable add-ons (applies for IE6 too), start Internet Explorer as normal,
Tools, Manage Add-ons, Enable or Disable Add-ons. Disable all the add-ons
and enable them one by one till the problem appears and you get the culprit.
