Hello,

I have a reference table of companies and there ID
numbers. I would like to create a form so that when the
page opens and I type a few letters, a box pop up and uses
to typed letters to find the first match strand on the
page. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

in form design view, you can use the combo box wizard to create a combo box
that will find records in your form's recordset.
on the "Toolbox" toolbar, click the Controls Wizard button. (in the
depressed position, the Wizard is turned on.) then click the Combo Box
button on the same toolbar. The wizard will open and walk you right thru the
process.
