Search cannot find folders, only files. Please help

[Martha]

Since I had to re-install winxp a month ago, I repartitioned it also. I
noticed just today that when I click on search the harddrives, either both
or one or the other, it will not find Folders, only Files.

What have I done to cause this not so nice problem? How can I fix it
please?

Try searching from the Search for files and folders box, not the Containing
text box.

Never mind, I fixed it myself by going into more advanced options in the
search and tho it was set at (all files and folders) I clicked the down
arrow behind it and found one that said just Folders, clicked on it and let
it do a search on a folder, then after it found it, I re-set it to (all
files and folders) and now it is working.
