search box is missing

I'm using Outlook 2002 and the search box to find emails and stuff
dissapeared. I usually use google desktop search but if an item is archived
it will find it with google desktop but it wont open it because the index
doesn't know it moved or something. So most of the time I find it best to
just use the regular outlook search. However it seems to have gone away and
I can't figure out how to get it back.
I have an address bar that has outlook:Sent or other folders like that, I
could have sworn that's where the search box was before.

If you click on the Find icon on the advanced toolbar, does that view come
back?

There wasn't a find button on the advanced toolbar but I finally found it
when trying to add a button, it was under tools. So yeah once I added the
button and clicked it, it came back.

Thanks.
