Search and Help and Support

My Search function does not work, nor does the help and
support section display. They all have been working fine
for 8 months, now they don't display. Is this an ActiveX
problem?

To reinstall Help and Support: Go to
C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose
install. Have your CD handy.

This is a hidden folder: Go to Start/Run and type
in: control folders. View: Show hidden files and
folders and uncheck Hide extensions for known file types

Last, go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr - regserver
