SDI2HD runtime image size

Is there a way to expand the C partition size when deploying image using
sdi2hd? My flash card is only 2GB which holds the sdi file. the hard drive I
want to deploy to is 40GB.

You are calling sdi2hd in a dos environment? If so you can use DOS
utilities to modify your C partition before calling sdi2hd... For
recent DOS, diskpart is the tool to use.
You can create a bat script to automate all this.
