scsi/ide command aborted ?????

help.when burning a disc on nero my pc freezes then
crashes my pc stating nero "scsi/ide command
aborted"..anyone got any ideas,please.
 
sounds like a possible power supply problem. I had to
install a second power supply just to run my burner
