i am having problem with SCSI and RAID controllers..whenever i start
the laptop..the message comes.


Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver
may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

I'd find it unlikely that you had a SCSI / RAID controller in a laptop. What
do you see in your device manager, and what do you see in your event logs?
Additionally, what happened / changed just before this problem occurred?
