Scrolling

I had to reinstall WIndows XP and now when ever I scroll down the screen with
the mouse or arrow key the movemetn is very choppy?
 
and be sure to get the latest ones from the
mgfr. of your video card, under NO circumstances
use the crap from Windows Update.
