Scrolling

Ive had some trouble with office 2003. Im using windows Xp Home Addition.
After downloading service pac 2 all worked ok for a couple of days. Now when
im in word and i scroll down the page using my mouse and the scroll bar on
the right side. When i get to were i want to go and stop scrolling, i go
right back to the beginning. I have to reboot my comp and sometimes this will
correct this problem.
What do you think is wrong?

I've never seen this or even heard about it, before... Apparently, since you
haven't gotten any reply, neither has anyone else. Until I got to the part about
rebooting changing the behavior, I thought I knew what setting it might be.

I guess the first thing I'd try is booting Windows in Safe Mode and see if
things remain stable. If they do, then it's likely a problem with the mouse
driver or the graphics card driver. Try replacing them with the newest versions
from the manufacturers' websites.
