scrolling top and left borders

How do I stop the top and left shared borders from
scrolling on long pages throughout the web. FP2002

Cannot be done using shared borders.

Not possible. You would have to learn to use framesets if you want the top
and left "border" to always stay in view on the page or learn to make you
pages shorter.
