Hi
Although this problem appears related to Word, I am
inclined to think this is an XP problem.
I hope this is the 'right' forum for this query. For some
reason, when I scroll to the top of a Word 2000 document
that has a Title Style when using the scroll wheel on a
microsoft mouse, I am only able to scroll to the
first 'normal' style in the document. I therefore end up
having to move the mouse pointer to the scroll toolbar to
get to the top of the document, which is a bit of a pain.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Thanks
Steve

Hi, Steve.

My guess is that you are more likely to find users with a similar experience
(and who might have an idea how to fix it) in a Word NG. You are not likely
to run into a Title Style anywhere except in Word, no matter what kind of
mouse you have.

But I have heard of some mouse problems after a recent MS hotfix. Something
about clicks on the scroll bar scrolling two screens, rather than one.
Perhaps someone can jump in here with more on this.
