Scrolling slow jerky not smooth anymore....

Just moved desks and now when I'm gragging the scoll bar, the screen seems to
refresh as I go up or sideways rather than just smoothly sliding as it did
before!

I've got a similar computer, anyone can help? It really irritates me!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Who maintains the machines? Have them check the proper video driver has
been installed.
 
We have a whole department I've called them they may reboot Windows or
perform fix, so they tell me
