scrolling problems

When I am scrolling up and down on internet explorer, the
page is jerky and really slow. I have tried to take off
the smooth scrolling option in the internet options
advance tab but that doesnt do anything. can anyone help?

Go to control panel,(switch to clasic view if not

already)mouse icon,change it to a lower # of lines per
scroll,if this no worka,getta you a new mouse.
