Scrolling problems with the mouse

Hi

In Excel I am having problems with the scrolling wheel on the mouse.
have unticked smooth scrolling in internet explorer. I have unticke
Provide Feedback with Animation in Excel Tools. This is happening wit
any mouse we put in the computer. It is only in Word, Outlook, Exce
this is happening and in other programs it is ok.

Can anyone help,
