scrolling problem

Hi, Have had to re-install windows recently. Now having problems with
scrolling in internet explorer.It is just too "fluid". The page keeps on
overlapping over itself with very slow upward or downward movement.Can anyone
help? Thanks.

Windows version, IE version? Did you do a windows update after the
re-install?

Hi dr naeem; please read my post titled "Wavy and Rolling Scrolling problems.
However, it happens to me, not only in IE 7, but in all my software. This is
after reinstallation of Windows about 5 times. Dell said it had nothing to do
with the reinstallation!
Did you ever solve it?
