Scrolling Problem in Excel

I've just started having a problem in Excel with the
latest XP and/or Office (2003) update. When I use the
scroll wheel on my mouse, the sheet now scrolls
horizontally instead of vertically. Very annoying.
Anybody know what to do?

not sure about xp. but you might find some info here

he's the only one i know that has done anything with mouse
wheels.
