Scrolling - no one seams to know this

I need to be able to click & hold on scroll bar on the
right, and as you move bar up & down, you can see the page
move on command, up & down. Not the way i have now, click
& hold, and when you move, it shows what row you would be
on if you un-click. Excel 97 had it. Now 2000 doesn't.

For me, 97 & 2K both do that.

If you right-click the scroll bar, there's a page up/down option.
