scrolling background picture

I'm trying to get a faded company logo to scroll in the background of an
inventory table, but am having no luck even though I select "Scroll" in the
checkbox. It appears at the top of the table and does not move.

That's not what the "scroll" checkbox means.
to do what you want, do a search for "JavaScript+Scrolling+Background".
