scrollbars in access database forms

hi can somebody help?
in a form i have put a tab box and have inserted in a excel worksheet but i
want to only show a part of the excel sheet and put in a scrollbar to scroll
the excel worksheet up down and sideways. if you can help its driving me mad!

Try inserting the Excel Worksheet into a subform, then putting the subform
into the tab control.
