Scrollbar jumps two pages

I just installed a Security for IE SP1, and ever since
when I click near the bottom of the scrollbar in IE, Word,
or any other programs, the document scrolls 2 pages worth.
This is not the desired behavior, and I can't figure out
how to change it back to one page. Any ideas?

We have heard this from several users that installed this patch.
Either wait for a bugfix or uninstall the patch via the System Restore
tool.

I've noticed the same behavior, and it's really
annoying. Hope the fix come soon.
