scroll problem

i have my settings on smooth scrolling, but it seems to
jump all the time like it is moving a page at a time
instead of a line at a time. especially when going through
lists of things, i have to keep going back up the list to
find out where i was up to.

Scrolling issue with 824145 has been resolved with the release of
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-004 on 2 February 2004
Install MS04-004 (832894) and the scroll issue should be gone:
