Scrolling

I would like to know if anyone can help me with my
problem. when I scroll a web page up and down it does not
go smoothly. It seems like it jumps up and down, or like
you are turning a page, when it moves up or down.

any help with this problem would be appreciated

See if this setting is checked:

IE \ Tools \ Internet Options \ Advanced \ Browsing \ Use smooth scrolling

This may have been caused by a bug in the Q824145 patch (Security Update
from )

You should now go to Windows Update and download the latest Cumulative
Security Update for IE6 SP1- KB832894
