scroll bar

everytime i click down once on the scroll bar

it goes down twice.. it has something to do with

installing the latest security patch..

any suggestions on why this happens?

Work-around:
Use keyboard shortcuts; Spacebar to scroll down and Shift+Spacebar to scroll up.
